CriticalI would give 5 stars if f everyone were as good and caring as [name removed] . [name removed] front dress is another good one, love her! [name removed] is great as well! As for other caregivers and staff they have many new that are really good as well. So my review is not bad when it comes to the staff. My review is bad because of Corporate! As we all know, don’t roll up hill! This place can NOT keep an ED or a nurse in the facility!!! Most of their great workers don’t stay due to poor management from Corporate!!! …

PositiveLots of changes over the last year. It’s nice to see everyone smiling and happy. New staff along with the staff that has been there since I moved my parents in. I love the gal that does the activities! She has people in the activity room and the residence love Bingo! ?? I lost my dad [date removed] last year and wrote a bad review which was very appropriate at that time. But the staff that has come through all the changes have been both supportive and very helpful. A year ago I would have turned people away from th…

We never had a meeting because it was cancelled by them to discuss things and if that was how it was to be done, it should be discussed w/ family not being rude to the senior. Also, lack of compassion towards seniors when they tell them they can’t have their animal anymore. The other concern is how long it takes to get help when help call is triggered. Th…

PositiveWOW [name removed] focus on client care is unwavering. he exudes all the qualities of an ideal caregiver including patience, resourcefulness, punctuality, and reliability. especially if they are having a difficult day/Night. [name removed] is a great trainer for other caregivers who shadow him as he is attentive to details and explains things in a way that’s easy for others to understand.

PositiveMy family and I arrive at the building to take my father back home and WOW WOW???? Graveyard crew do an amazing job cleaning the restrooms and areas where residents gather . On top of that, very amazing with my father's needs when he came back home. I was able to go home and sleep without worrying about my dad, and it's been a long time since my dad has been well taken care of by the staff, which relieves my stress a lot. THANK YOU
