I really like the administrator. Feel by in large the staff is responsive to his needs and he loves the attention. My biggest concern is getting someone on the phone. They do not answer the front desk after about 4pm. I get no one frequently on the nurses choice on the phone. Especially on weekends and evenings. Phone rings 20 times then message comes on to leave name and telephone number and someone will call you back. He has been there for 6 weeks and no one has ever called me when I leave messages. It is very very good. Everyone is so nice. Bee have so many things to do we craft cook see wonderful people with lots a talent. I was an activity director and I did many many things with my residents. This place is right up there with all I did. If you are looking for a place to live. Try here I can. Show you around and meet other residents. They will tell you how wonderful this place is

[name removed] was very helpful in taking care of several issues we encountered; hospital bed not in room as requested & bathroom not wheelchair accessible. Facility is clean & common areas nicely decorated. Staff helpful when I had questions. We chose this facility as near a family member, cost was reasonable & they had an opening when needed.

My loved one is currently a resident at Runk and Pratt at Leesville Road. I constantly have to reach out to the main office that is over the administrator to get my loved one a shower because of staffing. Our overall experience at this facility has been poor. I would never recommend Runk and Pratt at Leesville Road to anyone.
