★★★★★
PositiveWe like the people and the friendly staff. Having trouble getting bed linen changed on time and having issues with lack of variety or supply of basic condiments in the meals.
★★★★★
CriticalSome of the staff are wonderful while others, not so much. There's a lot of turnover in the med techs, housekeeping, and cafeteria servers. There are unexpected charges and chaos during fire drills. The food is good, but not so healthy. They have good activities and they support Alzheimer's with many projects. The rooms vary in size and they will move you at the drop of a hat. It's very expensive and there's a maintenance fee in July. We were also hit with an increase in January. PositiveThey were really good during the move in process and helping her get adjusted. They offer so many activities and ways for her to meet and get involved in her new community. Her favorite so far is the painting room. Meals offered are great and a wide variety.
★★★★★
PositiveWe've been going through some challenges and the staff have really gone above and beyond help smooth things out. I would recommend to others.

This seems unreasonable as there is no risk of danger or unsightliness. We offered an approach that would not alter the building in any way. It just seems to us to be a cop out.
★★★★★
PositiveEverything is pretty wonderful except they need more staffing, a 21st century emergency/ help call system (not one from the 80s), and to actually fix some of the entertainment equipment. I would recommend to others. They have a beautiful facility & great food
