My mom was only there Monday-Friday of one week. She fell 3 times while she was there and was in the er a lot of the time. So I'm guessing on a lot of those answers. My siblings said they didn't think the staff was attentive enough and that was why she fell so many times. They were there more than me.

Our family experience

This rating is largely due to skilled staff shortages, and general lack of communication regarding my mom. The front desk has frequent staffing issues, and my phone calls to the facility often go unanswered, sitting on hold. My mom has had several falls, and all unwitnessed by staff. The general state of the facility is very good, but I have noticed a downturn in the quality of food served. The rooms are adequately sized and kept clean by staff.

Review for Runk and Pratt Pearls of Life at Liberty Ridge

The rooms were not cleaned unless they knew we were coming. She is now with [community removed] with Assistant Living. This place is worst. They are suppose to check on her every 2 hours and the do not. She has developed bedsores, and currently has not eaten in a few days because she cannot get up by herself. I was told she was eating every meal but the residents say otherwise. I found this out today and spoke to the administrator. They will be changing things. If I had a different choice I would not deal with this

Highly Recommend

The overall experience with your staff was great. They provided resources that fit my desired needs. The facility we chose has been great. They are friendly, quick to respond to me, and my mom says the food is good. It has been nearly a year since my mom was admitted.

Perfect Place for Mom!

Overall experience was positive and a great transition to the next level of care. The front office staff were amazing as was the administrator! They helped us, the family, walk through the process of my mother's diagnosis and showed her compassion. The staff was greatly overworked but always showed kindness to the residents. The staff being the CNAs and nurses.

The staff also get to know their patients and their personalities and how to interact with them on a daily basis which is also comforting. The facility is great for patients with dementia and Alzheimer's because it is a lock down facility and it is comforting to know that they are safe inside the building.
