★★★★★
PositiveThe food is decent however my mom can only have pureed food. The room that my mom is in is a shared room, not very big. The staff is good but over worked. The residents are good people not too much drama considering that they are in memory care floor which my mom is on. The staff is filled with good people. Overall I am pleased with the service given. My family and I have a good rapport with Sagebrook - they are a good place for a parent and visiting is good.
★★★★★
PositiveSo my father was there for about a month and a half. I really loved it. Everything was great. Unfortunately, he passed away last week. But I would recommend it. It was a great place.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is very nice, clean. The garden is very pretty. Rooms vary in size, comfort and access to natural light. Food is overall pretty good, but not especially healthy. There can be a lot of carbs and sugars served to residents. No clear way to distinguish residents with cholesterol or diabetes considerations. Some dietary modifications are possible, but you really have to be proactive to make sure they are observed. The staff are overwhelmingly kind and professional. The administration has good intentions.…

Positive[name removed] was very informative, friendly and encouraging. Gave my sister and me invaluable information and well guided tour of the facility. Our questions were addressed and he invited us to contact him for more info as needed.
★★★★★
PositiveTouring to facility for placement of my sister. Greeted at the front desk on the day of my visit. After signing in, was given a tour of the facilities including the common areas, a garden, area for meals, and several apartments. Met with the staff who answered all my questions with regards to the process of moving and what services are offered. The staff arranged a brunch for my sister and caregiver to attend and tour the facility which was nice, and follow up after the visit. Nicely done!!
★★★★★
PositiveThe director [name removed] is a good communicator. Caregivers are all attentive and devoted, especially [name removed]. Front desk is sometime vacant so it may be a couple of minutes to get service there. The outdoor space has a lot of potential but it's suffering from neglect. Interiors are very attractive, with a sensible floor plan and enjoyable artwork
