Salterra Senior Living at Fort Myers

Excellent customer service from [name removed] down through every member of her staff. [name removed] worked on the numbers making the choice to place my parents here an excellent fit. It was great how the nurse arrived at my parent’s home to do a health care needs analysis so quickly after my visit. Don’t stop at the high priced [community removed] or any of the other assisted living facilities in the Fort Myers area. Head straight to Salterra and you won’t be disappointed with their five star treatment.

Since I do not live in the Ft Meyers area but knew that it was time for my nephew (who did live in the area) to place my brother in assisted living. A place for Mom offered us a few options which I looked at online. After choosing a place that I knew he could afford and would enjoy living in, I asked my nephew to visit and tour the facility. Wonderful care

They take great care of our mom. She needs a lot of help to get around. They make sure she is at every activity during the day. The staff is always available to answer any questions we have.

I think I have found a home for my mom. My husband and I took the tour together and we agreed we would like to live there. So we agree this could be the place for mom. I appreciate[name Removed] honesty and willingness to work with us. I'm moving forward with the process of mom becoming a resident. I hope this works out, of the five communities I've toured, this is the one I feel best about

Most of the staff is fine and helpful. Sometimes his room is neat but I am sure it is who is helping him that day. There were a few rules that the communication was slack but once it got clarified, all is good. He seems content and is not mistreated. His room is comfortable and plenty of room.
