PositiveThe facility is very clean. The studio my Dad had was beautiful. I especially loved the senior walk in shower. The staff was very nice. My Dad has problems with hearing. So once a week I or my sister would ask the staff to bring my Dad a note with the times para transit was coming to pick him up for church. PositiveMy mom has been at this facility for almost 2 years. She is verry quiet and not very social, but the staff have made great efforts to include her in activities and have her socialize which has been good for her mental health. She has had too many unwitnessed falls and the staff have gone to great lengths to figure out how to avoid them.
