CriticalThis was the worst place and the worst experience I have ever had. Fire alarms, going off constantly day and night. Broken elevator for three weeks in a building that has basically cripples. Lousy food. very limited menu. Short notice cancellation of activities. dogs over the size limits. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

PositiveThe pool is not cooled so my parents barely use it but pay for it. The gym & activities are good. The maintenance seem to deal with issues in a quick manner.

PositiveMy parents moved into Sandalwood in August & are finally settling into their new home. Apartments are large & with a beautiful functional kitchen. Pull emergency cords in bathrooms & bedrooms. Shuttle bus available for scheduled activities. They are meeting friends & are more social now.

PositiveI had a good tour experience with Sandalwood Village - it is a great place for independent living. The reason I did not choose this facility was because the bathroom and shower space was very tiny, I could barely fit. The closets were also small as well.

PositiveMy dad is looking at places in Naples and Sarasota due to family living there. Sandalwood is by far the best place we saw in Naples and there are a ton. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The apartments are big and have everything my dad needs. I would highly recommend this community to anyone!
