Staff was very friendly and helpful. The prescription mail orders would sometimes get lost. The food sometimes would have hard veggies or other things that someone with no teeth couldn't eat. Or occasionally it would be chicken nuggets or other "little kid" food. That's all from my mom.

The staff as far as the nurses and aides have been really good. They've taken great care of my mom The administration has been a nightmare. They promised things to us that have yet to be done and now are saying won't be done for another 6 months. They seem to tell people stuff to get there rooms filled and then not stay up on those promises. They offer activities in the assisted living side but they need to offer more things for memory care or allow them to be involved in the other ones/. The food seems to be de…

1. All other residents are friendly and welcoming. 2. Staff is helpful and friendly. 3. The apartment location is mean most of each day's activities. 4. Meals could cut back on onions! 5.
