Experience steadily went down hill

My Mom was here it was good at first but then the care started declining. She was bed ridden so needed help. She had an emergency alert necklace at first but the last year they no longer had them. Part of her rent was supposed to cover that. They said they were checking on her every two hours but that was not always true. I was able to get her qualified for hospice just to keep some extra eyes out for her. She started having UTI"s from not getting changed enough and bedsores from not getting turned enough. Her belo…

My Mom spent 6 years there

My Mom had Alzheimer’s/Lewy Body Demetia/Demetia. We never knew for sure which. She got too much for my Dad to handle at home by himself. We picked Savannah Court, Milledgville. She started off in Assisted Living and within a year went to Memory Care. The staff and her room and the meals and her smiles and happiness were just awesome. My wife and her grandchildren would come see her. We would have lunch with her in the common area of memory care. Then go back to her room. I just can’t say enough great things abou…

The community appeared older during the tour. It feel like the décor was older and the room sizes were smaller. The tour guide was nice. There were some friends of the family that had some concerns about the community.

We're happy here with a wonderful staff

My aunt is elated to be living here! The staff interacts with the residents, and in turn, the residents feel the love from the staff. The food is awesome and the people here are very friendly. I love everything except for the administration of my loved ones medication. There were times were it has not been done properly and they have allowed her medication to run out on several occasions. That area needs improvement and I have voiced my concern. I am hopeful it will get better in the near future.

Savannah Court needs to be on your list!

My mother has been living at Savannah Court for the past eight months. She is very happy and enjoys the activities they offer. She also feels safe and secure. The people who work there are loving, kind and compassionate. If she ever has a concern she goes to the office and is treated with respect and her concern is taken care of. The food is also a plus.
