Care Types Offered Savant of Alhambra is a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) , which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as assisted living facilities and board and care facilities . A residential care facility may provide care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
