There are five unique floor plans offered in buildings 30 and 31 only, the Carlton, Fairmont, Remington, Westbury, and Waldorf. These condo units range in size from 1,200 to 2,130 square feet. Condos feature open layouts, private balconies, inviting living rooms, dining rooms, and some dens that can be converted into a third bedroom.
