Only one incident with staff during outside activity. She was a little abrupt & leery of my grown son interacting & helping with my mother . Maybe she was having a bad day. All other personnel are great with my mom . No complaints at all.

Waterford was the first and only place we looked at. We just had the sense that it would be Mom's new home. I think no matter where you place a loved one, there is a period of adjustment. It did take my mom a few months to accept that she needed to be there and to trust the caregivers. After that she was happier. PositiveWaterford Gardens on Griffin Parkway review
We were on a little bit of a time crunch but we found the garden area and outdoor area with Waterford Gardens to be a big plus for us. The rooms are a little on the smaller side and we have to wear a mask, but when we are outside we do not have to. The staff and chef have been able to keep our loved ones blood sugar at the correct level which we have not been able to do for years so for that the chef is very good. The activities are little iffy and everything is expensive these days but overall it is a good value.

This is the place I was looking for. I can't imagine my loved one being in another community. The gardens and waterfalls on the grounds of the community are so peaceful for the residents to take advantage of. There is a pleasant smell to the community. All the staff have been friendly and willing to communicate with the family about any changes about our loved one.

[name removed] is getting good care and the helpers are very friendly. Getting out for [name removed] is rather hard, but so far has been workable. [name removed] is not a very happy camper, but help was much needed. He likes to be in control and that is no longer possible for him.
