Not sure if this is typical

I'm thankful that they took care of my mom, but was never confident of the level of care they provided. The two falls she had in the 8 months she was there definitely contributed to her decline. I also found the business side of their operation to be somewhat unprofessional. It was impossible getting receipts or statements from them and they primarily took payments by paper check. I wouldn't recommend someone I know.

I had my family member here and although it seemed nice at first, the lack of attention (changing patient, checking on them) and quality of food along with the constant change over of staff made us move to another facility. I do not recommend. They also have a roach problem that did not go away during our time. Management needs a big overhaul on this place. Hopefully the patients that are staying can get better care soon. The hours the staff are paid are 8 hrs with actual hrs 7:00 to 7:00 with breaks during the day…

Wat they could improve on would be providing better food and changing diapers more often. We would not recommend Senior Manor Care to other families because we do not see them improving.
