Overall would definitely recommend.

We had a very good experience with Siebenthal. The residence was very clean , but still homey rather than sterile. The staff was very friendly and caring and provided activities to give my Mom something to do. The food was not to my mother's liking , but they often provided her with her favorite ,Burger King. My Mom was a very picky eater during her stay there.I would rate Siebenthal a 5 in every area and a 4 for food. I would recommend them to anyone. I think there cost was on par with other facilities.

would definitely recommend

I would give them a 5 in all categories. They were wonderful, especially [name removed]. My mom passed away there and I have been struggling with that. No reflection on Siebenthals, my mom was put on hospice care shortly after going there. I really wish we would have found them sooner as I believe her quality of life was much better there. Thank you for finding Siebenthals for us, they were truly a God send!

Overall experience, good to start, but declined. Cleanliness of the facility, appeared clean most of the time, but dogs urinated and defecated in open areas and was not always immediately cleaned up. Saw a roach on the floor once. Friendliness, everyone was friendly. Quality of care, great to start. Many staff changes and shortages lead to a decline in attention and care. Food, declined. The staff is very caring. The home is clean and never smells. The meals are adequate, but my mom is very picky and they try to accommodate her. They provide daily activities so the residents do more than sit. They have them help with meal prep and chores like folding clothes. They have music and chair exercises. Friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff.

[name removed] and her staff are amazing. I can't say enough about her passion and concern for her residents. She gets her folks and really really cares about them. Even though mom wasn't there for long, we felt very good about her being there. We were very very happy to have found [name removed]. She's a firecracker but knows her stuff.
