I had to put my mom in a memory care unit. Of course, mom did not want to give up her independence. She agreed to give it a try, and moved in three months ago. We both have been very happy with the facility, staff, food, and administration. Today, mom told me she was very content at the facility, and it was time to sell her house. No higher praise. My dad was at Silver Lakes for respite care for 30 days after a hospital stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There were many activities to keep Dad engaged. His room was an adequate size for his stay, clean and we were able to bring some personal items to make him feel "at home". It was a good experience for him and our family.

I don't have any complaints at this point. They are very attentive. They have shown great care, love and compassion taking care of my mom. Anytime I call with a concern they check on it and get back with me. They are great keeping the residents busy and always doing things with them. My mom seems to be happy there.
