About Snowden Overlook Snowden Overlook is a 55+ community in Columbia, Maryland. This gated community consists of low-maintenance townhomes and condominium units available on a resale-only basis. Snowden Overlook Amenities Residents of Snowden Overlook have exclusive access to the community clubhouse. This 11,000 square-foot clubhouse is complete with an exercise room that's fully-equipped with elliptical machines, bicycles, treadmills, and weight machines. Snowden Overlook Homes & Real Estate Both Lennar Homes and Ryland Homes developed 350 residences in Snowden Overlook between 2005 and 2010. There are about 300 townhomes within the community and a four-story condominium building with 50 units. Condos have elevator access and their own parking lot spaces.
