PositiveThe staff is amazing. Very clean and very attentive to the patients. Her apartment is amazing and very easy for her to get around. She loves it. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 is that perhaps she hasn't been there very long and we are figuring out the schedules and the staff on weekend vs weekdays. The food is good and she seems happy. The activities are great. They really do a good job of trying to keep her engaged. By far the best facility I've experienced.

They have a wonderful maintenance director that looks after every detail. The landscape of the property and parking areas are always clean. PositiveNothing bad that I've heard. My MIL LOVES the staff, the activities and outings. She occasionally complains about the food, but she has some mild dietary issues that she does not always voice. They do fun events frequently. She is constantly thanking us for finding her the right fit for her. She's made so many friends and her quality of life has truly changed for the better.

PositiveThe administrative staff is good and helpful. The director is Good to work with and on top of things - they are good. The workers are ok. You know how that goes. Most of the women do a good job. The men are not as good. This is the nicest facility I have found in Austin. They try to keep it clean and are on top of repairs and request. The maintenance director does an excellent job. The nursing staff is excellent as well!
