★★★★★
PositiveI would really love for my dad to stay here. [name removed] is nice and understanding of this process. This was the best place I've seen.
★★★★★
CriticalI would NOT ever recommend Sodalis. Worse place and ever! Dirty, understaffed, poor leadership and communications, roach infested, uncommitted.
★★★★★
Critical. I realize staffing is a problem for management. The quality of the food has range from good to bad. It may be due to the kitchen staffing. The activities seem to be adequate. The room seems to be nice with the furnishings we supplied. Staff sometimes ask to show the room to perspective occupants. Room temperature seems to operate very well. My wife, [name removed], seems to be comfortable in the room. The bathroom facilities seem to be very good. They are much safer, shower facilities, than we have at home. …

CriticalMy father had a horrible experience at Sodalis Pensacola. The staff were almost cruel in their treatment of residents. They were careless with administration of meds and we had to intervene several times to try to get it corrected. We raised concerns several times and never addressed. We eventually moved my father to [removed name] which was MUCH better. What a difference the staff makes - they were much more friendly and caring.
★★★★★
PositiveMy father has had a very difficult transition. However, I cannot say enough about the staff. They are very kind, caring and patient. Patient being key. He enjoys the food the atmosphere is light and fun. The residents are often in the common areas playing bingo or other activities. I also notice physical therapist working with the residents. Which I believe is very important. Overall, I would highly recommend Soldalis Pensacola.

CriticalThey are supposed to provide showers several times a week, but there have been long gaps without one. They said they would change the sheets every Tuesday, but that has only happened a few times-once only because we removed the sheets ourselves. Communication isn't very good; we often have to ask or remind them multiple times, and sometimes tasks still don't get done or are done later than expected. Don't get me wrong, we love a lot of the staff-it's just that the communication is lacking.
