★★★★★
PositiveThe staff have been great. Understand the facility has changed hands coming under some other large organization I think the food selection is great and tasty. My Mom is not that enamored with it, but she's having decision challenges and a little confused about what she can order. The daily menu is posted with LOTS of alternative choices. Laundry facilities are clean Her 1-bedroom apartment is nice with a walk-in shower. Quite roomy actually with a patio. There's lots of activities but my Mom hasn't quite warme…

Positive! I really am just so impressed with the friendliness, the staff, the cleanliness, the food (incredibly good! And they provide a lot of options if someone wants something different!)--lots of activities. I think the overall value & experience is excellent, especially if the resident takes advantage of everything offered. My mom doesn't eat all of the food or do any of the activities, but I still think it's been an excellent fit for her.

CriticalWell, we've had an issue with food. Their answer is meat is expensive. They use too much chicken. Outdoor patio grass unsafe not level when takes dog out.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff and all of the residents are very friendly. This is a great options for seniors with pets. They even have residents that are like a welcoming committee to help new residents integrate and feel welcome. They are very supportive of veterans as well. It would be nice if they had someone on property 24/7 The food portions are small and not many choices. Definitely recommend Solstice at Clovis to others looking.
★★★★★
CriticalThe problem we faced in the time we had there was they changed the staff that they used for caregivers at first it was great with [name removed] and her staff but when it changed to [removed] and I forget the guys name it was terrible and I was shocked at the care they gave my parents. I ended up hiring our own caregivers from an agency to care for them.
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff is kind. When asked about a few repairs that we asked about they never were repaired. They contracted with a different health care workers from [name removed] to [name removed] the change was really terrible. My parents needed 24 hour care and they did not do what they had promised. [name removed] and her care providers were wonderful to my parents and when they made the changes it was awful. They no longer checked on my parents and they took the money but did not provide the care. So I had to hire care…
