CriticalThere was an ownership change and the food quality went down, also there was a water main break that displaced my father for 3 months which was hard on him.

CriticalMy parents are not enjoying the dining, they say the food is not good. They like their apartment. They also had an issue with the cleaning staff did not clean their apartment for 2 weeks. My mom has been asked by the staff to look out for or care for another resident that may have dementia. My parents have not come to live a solstice to look out for other residents.

The food and meals are a joke the cafeteria is always freezing cold. You have to wear extra clothing when you go down there to eat. Food is always served cold,. EVERYDAY they are "out" of something, even to running out of food before everyone is se…
