Solstice at Mesa View

I can only say that touring Solstice at Mesa View was extremely positive. It was the first place I toured in my search for care for my mother and it set the bar pretty high. [name removed] was invaluable as a source and offered comforting words for my next steps with momma. Unfortunately, my mother probably needs more care than an independent living situation and I feel she needs a place where she can "age in place" so I'm not moving her too often in her last years. Thank you.

Our family's experience of 2+ years with great staff and amenities

Overall experience is what we (mother, wife & I) believe. To start some of the CONS: Food & Dining is hit & miss, we know it's hard to prepare menus for a group that have diverse tastes and preferences. Weekly menus could detail main dishes instead of just a fancy name that leave them wondering what it really is. Quantity seems appropriate, yet delivery is sometimes slow. Hard for mom or others when it's serve yourself times. Repairs & maintenance can take longer than expected. But not very many we experienced …

Comfortably friendly

The place is old. New remodel cannot erase age. Just one, tiny, very slow elevator. Dining room on top floor. Patience a must. Staff is caring and friendly. Residents same. Easygoing, comfortable atmosphere without a religious angle.

friendly staff

What I like the most about this community is the staff. The staff team here is nice and friendly. They also have good quality accommodations and based on my experience so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

Mix of positive and negative

They just have one very old elevator. All the residents dis-satisfied with the single, ancient, rickety elevator. I do think that they could use way more gardens, particularly raised beds, to get those old geezers outside! I do absolutely love that they welcome dogs!

Happiness at Mesa View

I arrived at Mesa View summer of '22. I looked at a couple of places here in GJ but after touring here it was easy to decide to live here! [name removed] was so helpful as I moved in. The staff here are always so friendly! Leaving my home of 49 years was hard but Mesa View is great!
