Solstice at Normandy Park

Our experience was friendly and welcoming

Everything was good. Staff& surrounding employees were nice and friendly. Facilities were very clean. Fellow tenants are friendly. The studio apartment is well suited for one or two. And having nearby shopping and eateries is very nice.

Hoping for improvements

Over all she is liking it. They recently changed ownership so they've been a lot of changes and some of them not great. The food has gotten worse she said, overcooked vegetables, and lots of gravy and hamburger type casseroles whereas before they were having you know, quality meats were good vegetables and fish. Staff was very nice and very welcoming, but they have all left since there is new ownership so not sure what the new staff will bring. Moved my father in a few months ago and he is very happy so far. Gonna take him a little bit to get adjusted. Everyone’s is so helpful and nice. The residents are happy. I have met quite a few. I am on a budget with my father and this place fit every criteria and is wonderful for him. Thank you to a place for mom for all the help and advice.

Fantastic to place to work, live, or be around!

Solstice has such a rich community atmosphere and is truly a bright light within Normandy Park. I am currently the Vibrant Life Director here and I can confidently say every staff member and director here is so devoted to make our residents lives better, easier, and more enjoyable! I have truly never been in a community that felt more like home for everyone who entered.

Lovely location, wonderful staff

We found Solstice to be a wonderful experience for Mom. Sadly, her condition advanced to a point of needing further care, and she has since passed away. But we would highly recommend Solstice to anyone needing minimal assistance. Wonderful staff and friendly residents.

I will be joining the neighborhood very soon and I just wanted to say [name removed] in sales has been very very helpful. We hit it off from day 1. I am so happy to have met him. He eased the frustration of finding the best place to live. I am very satisfied with all the amenities especially the Cafeteria.
