Very pretty facility. Personable staff. Well maintained. I would recommend to others.

Very nice communities for seniors Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Lilac Trace Memory Care. The staff are very welcoming, pleasant and professional. The amenities are well done and facilities are well attended for maintenance and cleanliness. The dining menus and food services are thought out with several options. Our introductions and tour with [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] were great.

Cordial and helpful staff. Apartments are a good size.

Peace of mind for my family

Very nice facilities - elegant common areas. The staff all take the time to learn resident's names and speak to them by name when they see them. The staff would also introduce themselves to me when I visited and tell me how much they loved my mom.

Unfulfilled Hopes

The staff has experienced major turnovers since March - upper staff just before my Mom moved in (so they were learning their new positions)and then again when Somerby was evidently bought by a national chain - not sure when, as they didn't tell us, and then a change of the overall director, who had us refill out the protocol paperwork which we had just filled out in March. They also could not produce the signed ACH form by which they are withdrawing monthly from Mom's account (we needed it to apply for Veterans Ben…
