The food is good with salad and soup bar at lunch and supper. Deserts are out and available, too. People (staff and residents are friendly and handle situations with understanding d standing and are helpful to residents and staff. Residents apts are of fair size, and one can decorate area outside their doorway. Activities are abundant, from cards and games, puzzles, music and community piano players, dance monthly, movie nightly, and bingo (of course !!).. My sister is happy there

The staff seems very kind and caring. My sister seems happy there. Not as many activities that she would enjoy. Would like to see more crafts and such. Also because her memory is so bad it would be nice if someone would come get her for activities. Over all she’s happy there and it’s nice she’s getting her meds on time and help with bathing, laundry and cleaning. Mostly happy with the meals.

Mom is Happy

On categories 1 - 6 I would give a 5, not sure on 7 since I don't have any other experience with other assisted living companies. I do feel it's a little high overall but not knowing would probably rate a 3.5. Mom has been very happy there and has gained some good friends.

We found home

From the moment we walked in Somerset Court we knew that it was home. Our mother was greeted kindly by all of the staff. The apartment was very clean, and so was the common areas were beautiful. We are so happy that we found somerset for my mom's last home. She is living the life she should have 2 years ago when she should have made the move.

We reviewed Assisted Living facilities in the area for our mother, and Somerset came as the best choice 4 years in a ROW!!! Well we selected Somerset because of it's wonderful reputation.
