Overall experience is a four stars only because it takes so long for things to happen in all departments, maintenance, and front office but every one is so nice and helpful, food and cleanliness are good and my mom is happy with that, activities are awesome. Apartment six if great, I do know the studios would be too small but my mom has a one bedroom and she loves it and it is perfect for her with so much storage. I should say there are different size one bedrooms so her size (medium of the one bedrooms if great). …

The food is not good, should be better. The staff is wonderful for the most part. The nursing/med tech staff could be a little more organized, they still haven't straightened Mom's pills out and we are paying extra for med management. Mom has been in the facility for six months and they have yet to vacuum and clean the place . I have reached out numerous times to the director, wellness director, and housekeeping manager and still they haven’t cleaned. They have missed doing her laundry numerous times and even tried to enter her apartment at 1:00 am to gather her laundry. She thought they were breaking in and was very frightened.
