The director was very knowledgeable and direct with any questions I had relating to the facility at Sonnet Hill. Informative and concise relating to the general overall tour of this facility.

Happy with our choice

Prior to staying, the service was great. Sales staff were really welcoming and I felt comfortable in choosing this facility. There was no follow up calls after my dad came home, which made me feel this was purely a business transaction (our stay was only 1 month). Staff always were friendly and helpful. A couple of things happened that made me feel like the communication between admin and staff needed improvement. We opted for a shared room for a better price. Room was comfortable and clean. If you get in their way while trying to take care of your family member, they retaliate

My significant other spent 11 months there. I was there every day for 6-8 hours. I would come in the Am and leave sometimes at 5 or 6. I was there for a long time and I disagree with the stars they are given. There was often not enough food and my "husband" of 48 years was always hungry. I helped Out a lot. When I would come I would make his bed and even if they had made it, they never put a top sheet on the bed. I didn't like him to sleep under the scratchy blankets. They never got it. Nice boutique place, would recommend

They seemed to have a lot of activities planned. My dad didn't really participate and again I didn't really get to see anything. The price is a 5 given what's included in the price- they even included incontinence supplies for us. Being our first experience with respite care, I thought it was expensive, but they have competitive rates compared to the others I visited and theirs was the best deal in the end. Overall a nice facility

It was a very nice place but my mother was very unhappy because she wanted to be home, but the facility was just fine no problems - well one problem they couldn't find the morphine on the last day of my mother's life. Give her some relief from pain, but the hospice worker finally showed up with morphine at the facility. Just the person on staff at that time of the day just didn't know where the morphine was but other than that, the place was very well taken care of and a very nice staff, very professional.
