PositiveI loved the setting, not formal or stuffy, liked the chickens and roses. When my mom got sick, she couldn't ask for help. No apparent follow up and I was not notified. Thank god there was an available bed in the hospital and her doctor forced a speedy transportation to there.

PositiveWe love the atmosphere, it is very cozy and comfortable. My mom doesn't really partake in the activities. The food is great. There have been some mishaps with her care. My mom is deaf and not very responsive, so it seems like a shame to pay so much for what she requires. She doesn't fit into any usual mold, and sites/people don't know how to take care of people like her.

PositiveMy wife has been a four year resident of Sonoma Acres, now Sonoma Grove, after a change of ownership. Recently, while an extensive remodeling was underway, the resident population was kept stable until completion. During this turbulent pandemic period. the staff has been stable, efficient and very caring. Over the years, my family has made many visits to the facility and are extremely pleased with the care that their mother and grandmother has received over the years.

PositiveIt has been wonderful for my parents - my wheelchair-using mom and dad who needs memory care. Very important for them to stay together in the same room and SonomaGrova was able to accommodate it. The staff is excellent, treating parents with total respect and sensitivity.
