★★★★★
PositiveThe staff in memory care were absolutely phenomenal!!!! Sweet, thoughtful , not only of they're residents but of family members....
★★★★★
PositiveOverall good. Sometimes seems like they're short on staff. They over sold the extracurricular activities a bit - but understand the complications. I would recommend it to others. We REALLY appreciate the Catholic community there - Mass on Sundays and prayer on Wednesdays.
★★★★★
PositiveFriendly staff, Mom felt quickly at home. I would recommend it. Mom is happy and enjoying the food.
★★★★★
PositiveThe cleanliness and room size are both fine. We forgot that her clothing and linens needed to be marked since someone was doing her laundry for her. That reminder might go on a checklist somewhere. Apt size is good for her. I may be mistaken, but when her asthma acted up (hoarse and coughing a lot), no one asked if she had a rescue inhaler or had checked with her doctor. She was worried that cleaning products had triggered her, forgetting that she was outside a lot and everything is blooming.
★★★★★
PositiveGreat staff, friendly, knew [name removed] by name within days, plenty of activities. A little miscommunication early holds me back from a 5, but nothing too egregious. Great community.
★★★★★
PositiveThey were all very helpful., Especially the marketing manager.
