Spring Arbor of Crossville was very bright and and seemed much more organized. I am not sure about the food because the patient complains and other times he loves it. Also he complains about his roommate. He doesn't talk very much and his TV is on all the time very loud.

PositiveThe tour was great but they do not have any private rooms. The building was not updated. Staff friendly. There was a waiting list. Only room available is a share room. Where the elderly is now , it is a lot nicer and less cost. She currently in NC assisted living.

They were kind and responsive to questions, and had good attitudes. They could improve by a little more attentiveness to new residents who are having problems adjusting. Our mother fell getting out of bed and broke her hip on the 10th day. They found her on the floor. And that was the end of her stay.

I would give the facility a 5 on all topics~ I feel very blessed to have found Dominion & the value is amazing!!! I feel very comfortable that Mom is residing there now. The staff is always one step ahead and they remember your name, they love my Mom. They go above and beyond to help.

Mother is no longer at dominion. She has been moved to a place that can help her more now that she is immobile. Dominion was a wonderful place . I highly recommend the Crossville facility. Helpful to the family and the loved one.
