★★★★★
PositiveThey're great. So far, I have seen nothing but dedicated, friendly staff. I would recommend to others. Great organization run by great people.
★★★★★
PositiveMy loved one passed and is no longer at the facility but what we liked the most about the community was their friendliness and patience. We would recommend Spring Arbor of Sandhills to other families.

PositiveThe managers are extremely caring and dedicated. They made the entire move in process smooth. Both my mom and sister with open arms, and they were extremely responsive to questions I had. Facility itself provided an excellent option for both my mom and sister to continue living together while also having their own small, private spaces. CriticalSince acquired by Sandhills in Feb, rating 1. During the transition my husband was getting fewer showers due to being combative.. Staffing was erratic but came across 2 female aides on separate occasions who had no difficulties. Rare to find implementation of proper approach techniques. Director discretion seemed diminished. New protocol seemed to require ALL parties in any incident be transported to Emergency. Seems like you pay as much for incompetency as competency. Feel like a pawn in a shell game

Being that memory care is right next to the front office, perhaps that is the reason for the strong air freshener you're hit with when you walk in the front door of the facility. I also think that the staff should be pushing water int…

PositiveThe facility overall was a good place. Clean, friendly, good to residents. The bad points are as follows - food so so, communication was not good at all. Returned calls were not consistent and I would have to call numerous times to get a response. Residents would go in and out of other resident’s rooms and take things, which we would then have to replace.
