Mom's arrival included a walk on the red carpet to cut a ribbon and a welcome home greeting from the staff who then personally introduced themselves. The staff is friendly, loving, and amazing. The food is wonderful. Highly engaging activities and a strong sense of community.Highly recommended!

Staff which included nurses, kitchen help & especially the activities director, [name removed], genuinely cared for my mom & the other residents. Many times the office staff would step up if need be as well, often going above their job requirements to help the residents. Obviously over time there were my favorites who quickly became like family to mom & myself. The food was plentiful but typically rather bland as one might expect with many on restricted diets. The food is good, the staff is very caring. There are a lot of celebrations and activities. The express pharmacy is a great service, taking care of insurance and everything. There is furniture and bedding available if you don't bring your own. They made an extra effort to keep him in assisted living rather than memory care so he has more freedom.

I would rate 5 for all of the above. They were wonderful. The place was always clean, the food always looked delicious and the staff were so friendly. You could tell they loved mom even though she could be a little spicy at times. I would absolutely refer Spring Arbor to anyone.

A memory care unit is hard to evaluate. I was impressed with several members of the staff. The staff/client ratio was the best I could find. The facility is very clean, meals were well prepared. I felt more supervision was needed with walking for my loved one. I would overall recommend because I could not find a better facility with the kind of ration in the area - the max they take into their memory care unit is 15
