CriticalI will say the positive thing is that when she was in the hospital the staff made visits to her cat as he cried a lot and made sure he had food. I would have to bring it down a notch because of 2 reasons: 1. Emergency Button System Their system is not working. When a resident presses the emergency button a light appears at the front desk but not audible alarm. Once the receptionist sees the lighted button she radios back to memory care to go to that room. Supposedly there is also a board in a work room in memory …

PositiveThe facility is clean and comfortable. The residents were happy and the sales person was extremely accommodating.

PositiveThe space they have to move around in is awesome. The activities director is great. She figured out that when [name removed] starts to get upset, they play rock music and he relaxes. They actually take them on outings once a week. They never press the patients, they let things be their idea.

There was no nice music playing for the people and my biggest thing is they say they take care of people but they don't have anybody to take care of of someone with diabetes so to me they don't have a full Care service and I would not put my loved one here. A woman was asleep at the table with her head almost in her plate sitting there all by herself that was a sad situation to see I had brought my loved one with me and he was mortified that I might consider putting him in a place lik…

PositiveSometimes the helpers are not very nice and very sensitive. Some of the services have not been offered like assistance with showers 3X's a week. Fortunately, we just use her home health service. The food could be better. Administration seems good when you bring things to their attention. Overall it's good value for the price.

The promises were wonderful when we were shopping, but the reality has been disappointing and worse. Service has been poor, meals are boring and there is little follow through on promises. They have over medicated my wife, lost some of her medicine and the red "emergency" button in the room did not work when we needed an ambulance. It is now reported that an employee was asked to repair the button in one resi…
