★★★★★
PositiveOut of the four places that I visited, I would rank it number one with friendliness courteousness helpfulness. The entire staff was awesome.
★★★★★
CriticalThey have a few very good caregivers and some not so good. My mom has to wait a long time for someone to check on her and offer assistance. They do not have enough workers. The food is horrible. I should have done more research when choosing a place.
★★★★★
CriticalLots of turnover of staff. Food terrible. Dealing with finance department was a nightmare. staff was friendly overall care was OK administration hard to get in to talk to them. Lost a lot of clothes and linens even though they were marked. Two pair of brand new slip in sketchers disappeared right before we removed.
★★★★★
