PositiveThis place is amazing. It feels like home. The staff is so friendly and went out of their way to say hello. The administration is knowledgeable and answered all questions they were being asked by residents and families. I enjoy coming to this facility to visit the residents and have made so many new friends in them all. There are so many staff members who I have seen for many years here as I have come to visit. Our family friend has been here since 2015 and loves it. They enjoy all the fun actives they have that br…

PositiveMy mother has lived her for 8 years. It feels like a real community with beautiful human beings. I loved eating lunch with my mom and visiting with the residents. All their personal life stiries are beautiful and unique. The food is quite delicious. The medical staff is knowledgeable a d very respectful. My mother needs assistance and it is always done with kindness and dignity. Several CNA’s have been former science students of mine. The administratio is dedicate and passionate about creating a feeling of respec…

PositiveVery caring interactive staff who check in on residents rooms every 2 hours or so. Food was good but not great. Clean and cheerful facilities. Fun activities.

PositiveMy mom lived at Spring Gardens for 7 months until her death in 2023, after another facility near her home that wasn’t providing enough care and some time in a skilled nursing facility. The care, staff, activities, food, cleanliness, everything at Spring Gardens was great. I ate there several times and enjoyed all the meals and company of other residents. It is also close to skilled nursing and the Heber Valley hospital. After another hospital stay, Mom spent her last 3 weeks with hospice care in the Spring Gardens …

PositiveWe moved my 98-year old mother into Spring Gardens 2 years ago from her SoCal home where she had lived for 70 years. We were of course nervous as we had no idea how she would adjust. But the facility itself (light, bright, and cheerful), the food service (quality, variety and room-service options) and the staff (kind, caring and professional) made for a seamless transition. The location is perfect - located across each street corner is the Heber Valley Hospital, a skilled nursing facility, and the county Senior Cen…

PositiveSpring Gardens was such a blessing for our Dad. He was hesitant to try it out at first, as most parents are, but he absolutely loved it, and he thrived there! He established friendships with other residents and absolutely adored the staff, as did the rest of our family. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It's clean, well staffed and far better than any other facility I've ever experienced.
