Location is good for me. Very nice people, very clean place, food is good. The staff is very nice.

Dad Calls it Home

We chose this community because of a Strong veterans presence. My dad is very sharp still and likes to chat and interact with others. He goes out for breakfast a lot with friends and family. He's very happy there after giving us so much grief about moving out of his home. He buys food and the cooks make it for him too. The nurses are great and he would not be alive if he was not living there - he says it.

Spring Hills of Lake Mary Review

The facility is nicely kept up. The rooms are good size, but unfortunately it seems like they're staffing problems where they don't always have the appropriate amount of staff. The panic buttons don't always work and on numerous occasions have had an issue, but we're still having problems. The staff that I talk to, you has seem very kind and helpful so I think that this goes above their ability

A wonderful fit for mom

All 5. It was and still is the best move for my mom. There has been a lot of staff changes over the past year but the culture and care have not suffered for it. The staff are always friendly and the nursing staff know how to handle situations for my mom. Because the facility is on the smaller size, I feel staff can know the residents better.

Our family experience

Everyone at Spring Hills of Lake Mary community is very caring and helpful. Great food service. Activities are plenty and they have a lot of people encouraging them to participate ( which my mother needs). They have handled most medical issues efficiently

A Rescue for Mom

We were in a bad place with Mom in Mississippi in a place that wouldn’t keep her. Dad ended up in the hospital from all of the stress associated with caring for her and eventually reaching the end of his capacity to care for her as the Alzheimer’s progressed. Spring Hills really stepped up to the plate in a big way. Going above and beyond to help us with all of the confusing paperwork, and recommending the long range medical transport that ultimately brought mom here.
