24/7 Comprehensive, Compassionate, Memory Care!!!

The Management are excellent providing answers to any questions you may have. The receptionist are great greeting everyone and the place to go for questions and they will refer you to the right person to address your inquiry. The Medical staff: Nurses treat the patients with respect and warm greetings and demonstrate care and compassion for each resident's needs. In each of the categories I would rate Springhills Somerset a glowing 5. My daughter has been at Springhills Somerset for 2 months and the progress she's made is astounding. The facility is always clean, the staff both administrative and care givers are friendly, always accessible and accommodating. During the two tours we had prior to choosing this home we saw staff engaging the residents. Once we had moved mom in, and we would “stop by” there was little to no real care; the staff got the residents dressed, in diapers, and pushed them into the recreation room with the others, placed them in front of a TV and left them.
