Spring Oak at Conway was exactly the right choice for my husband's care. The accommodations were basic as I expected and the staff were very friendly, helpful and supportive considering my husband's limitations. I definitely would recommend this facility.

It's only been a month but so far all the staff I have dealt with have been fantastic, caring and always willing to help, The place is very clean, and the 1 bedroom studio my father has is fairly large, My father says the food is pretty good. His only complaint at this time is they wake him up to take his medicine, which is perfect to me because now I know he is taking them, [Name Removed] has been a blessing, she was able to convince my father to give Spring Oak a try, we were unsuccessful for a year.

Staff is very friendly and most of them really care and respect my Mom. She loves her apartment. Not very mobile so she can't take take advantage of all the amenities. We had visited several places and we really like the staff and her accommodations. The handyman helped us through any task that she needed. Speech therapist was the most helpful.

The staff is wonderful. Food seems good. Activities good. The rooms and all over inside where my brother in law needs some updating and general cleaning and painting. Carpeting is stained in the hallway. Not a good look when you first come in. But, again, the staff is wonderful
