The staff communication with the family was pretty good. It would be nice to see a biweekly or some time of update to the family is something Spring Senior Assisted Living could improve on. PositiveThe staff members and their care services get beyond 5 stars, they are amazing. We live out of town so we don't have feedback over the meals and dining but we do know there are a lot of activities and they do a good job engaging our loved one. We would recommend this community to others.

PositiveSpring feels like an elderly person's home. That was my first impression and that is why we chose this facility for my mom after visiting other larger, fancier facilities. We felt she would feel at home here. My mom had the same impression when we took her to tour the facility. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they make you feel like a part of the family.
