This facility has been satisfactory for us. My mom is still there and well taken care of. We used them for both my mom and dad. As memory care facilities go, I think they are probably one of the better ones in the Colorado Springs area. We really have no complaints. The staff is friendly, they retain their staff which in my mind said a lot , they call us when accidents happen which isn't often, they are polite respectful, and courteous to us as well as their residents. Excellent care

The facility and the resident rooms are kept very clean. The nursing staff is really on top of things and very friendly. Care staff have been superior. They always answer the phone, return calls and coordinate all medical care promptly. They also have a high staff retention rate which is huge because they know and like the residents. We have been very pleased overall. The meals could use some improvements.

Family experience.

I am the guardian for my sister. My sister was moved from another facility, which did not serve her, to Springs Ranch in [date removed]. [name removed] at Springs was instrumental in completing this swiftly and keeping me informed with every step. Since then, the directors and staff have been very helpful in contacting me by phone about her progress. Very stable and experienced staff

Both my mother and father are living at Springs Ranch Memory Care. We are so grateful for the leadership and staff at this facility. They are very experienced and on top of things 24-7. They call us regularly when anything happens that involves either parent and they make sure both our parents are treated with dignity and care. They know all the residents by name and are always friendly. The staff turn over rate is very low here. That says a lot. That is one thing we looked into before placing our parents in a fa…

Pros and Cons

After 3.5 months, we know more about the day-to-day operations. Our impression thus far is basically good with several exceptions. Most staff in all departments are warm and friendly. The facility is very nice. Generally, the food appears appetizing and is always plentiful.. The bathroom area in my mom shared bedroom frequently looks dirty, with smeared feces on the toilet etc. Many of my mom‘s clothing have disappeared and has never been returned .
