PositiveIt's a nice place and it's run well however, the one great building maintenance guy/ handyman who lived there moved and hasn't been replaced so it's trickier to get work done or to get help if my mom needs it. Also they raise the rent every year now! We have been told that it is a new thing, so not sure what's going on there! It will soon become unaffordable for my mom. Thanks!

PositiveMy mom loves it at Spruce Manner. It is an older community with only two floors of living. There is a room for gathering and entertainment. They play Bingo and cards on certain nights. It is clean and easy to get around. There are many restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance, although my mom is in a wheelchair. They even have pick ups for the Orange Senior Center there which is a vibrant community of seniors offering activities and classes. They take very good care of their seniors in Orange. I high…
