All the staff I have encountered have been extremely kind and supportive. Overall, a very positive experience considering all we are going through with mom's transition and declining health. Room is small, but we knew that moving in. The bathroom is on the larger side so that helps with maneuvering around

We were met by [name removed] and found her to be very personable, and eager to assist us. She led us on a tour of the grounds and facilities and was very familiar with the complete day to day operations of the Plantation. She was able to answer all our questions and more. We were completely satisfied and impressed with not only [name removed] but the appearance and atmosphere of St Augustine. The complete experience was positive in every way.

our family's experience did not meet expectations and would not recommend.

It's a beautiful place and it fooled us at first, but I didn't leave my parents in there a full month and I would never recommend it to anyone. They removed my Mom's thyroid medication from her chart (still not sure how or why that happened because my Mom has Hashimoto's), often took over an hour to respond to the emergency pull, and generally were the opposite of helpful

St. Augustine Plantation was an answer to our prayers.

There is nowhere in Tallahassee I would have rather had Mom go than St. Augustine Plantation after having had terrible experiences at two other assisted living centers. [name removed] ran the facility efficiently and took great personal interest in everyone there, including Mom, and she went the extra mile to meet her needs.
