PositiveVery clean and modern facility. Staff were very informative about services and prices. I did not choose facility due to cost and not having a single resident room available. I would recommend. Companion suite one side was very small for the price.

They were short handed the month my mom was there. Everyone was really pleasant and did the best they could but there were very few activities and the wait was long at meal times. The atmosphere was very pleasant and my mom felt very safe.

StoneCreek at Flying Horse was awesome. It'd be a 5 except they had some help turnover and the kitchen suffered for a while. But overall an excellent facility and the health care staff was incredible.

I am very pleased with this home. They treat my father with dignity and respect. They are kind, helpful and make delicious meals. It is clean, the views are beautiful and they have good activities and a great happy hour. They seem to genuinely care about the residents and building their community.
