In the community’s backyard is a tree line produced by Avalonia Land Conservancy Inc., where seniors can walk along the hiking trails. The pet-friendly community is northeast of the historic downtown Mystic, Connecticut. Close to many medical facilities, StoneRidge is within 2 miles of the closest hospital. From a charming rustic feel to a homelike ambience with a pop of color, seniors can socialize in one of the various common areas. Seniors who enjoy getting their hands dirty can help out in the large fenced-in community garden. On rainy days, build something with your bare hands in the woodworking shop. Seniors can maintain physical well-being at the on-site fitness center or indoor saltwater pool. Between casual and fine dining, seniors can enjoy fresh chef-prepared meals in a restaurant-style dining area of their choice.
