I am sharing this to caution other families. When my parents first moved into [community name removed], they were very happy. They enjoyed their apartment, the food, and the caring staff, and felt they had found a great place to live. After management changed to Story Point, our experience shifted significantly. Staff turnover increased, food quality and quantity declined, and residents with lifetime contracts were later asked to sign new agreements with about a 30% increase, creating a major financial burden. *** WARNING**** My Grandparents signed a "Lifetime Contract" with Provision. They loved the space, the people, the food, and care my grandma was receiving in memory care. Now a year later, Story Point is gutting their services to save a penny. The friendly service is gone and the food is terrible with smaller servings (On BBQ rib day the residents were served 1 pork rib). Story Point has presented new contracts to several of the villa residents. These contracts take away food plans and housekeeping, amounting to several hundred of dollars. Several of these residents are being forced to move because of the increase. I can not recommend this facility to seniors.
