PositiveStoryPoint Grand Rapids West
I love my cottage – but it's getting quite expensive. My rent just went up [Amount Removed] more a month. The staff is wonderful and they do so much to try to keep people involved and active. Every month they plan new activities for the residence – including music, art, exercise classes, etc. They print monthly newsletters, including pictures, etc. which makes it interesting for everyone. The dining room serves pretty good food and a nice balance. Many choices if you do not like the main course.

I would give them all a 5. Everyone is very nice there! Everything looks really nice, it's all updated and doesn't look or smell like an old persons home. I have only eaten there a couple times, but both times it was really good! I think they do a great job offering a lot of different activities for everyone.

Saying that the staff at Storypoint are "phenomenal" is an utmost understatement. From experience, I have seen the true care and deep compassion that these people have for their residents. They truly care and treat their tenants as if they are their own family. I cannot thank them enough for their extraordinary attention to detail to make sure my Grandfather was taken care of during his tenure at Storypoint West.

There are lots of activities available, which makes the experience fun and engaging instead of boring.
