Feels like home!

5 for all, except for the administration. They just changed some their staff. So a 4. What we like the most about the community would be the activities and the outings. My first impression was how homey it was. I also have to say at Easter they put on a spectacular brunch! It was fabulous!

Not What Was Promised.

We were told that certain things would be provided for mom and dad and we paid extra for them. And they weren't done. We realized once we got there, the first day assisted living at that facility was not going to work for mom and dad. Mom fell the second night she was there, went into the hospital and died four days later. They were supposed to income and help mom and dad get their pajamas on every night and their clothes on every morning, and that did not happen. We paid a hundred and fourteen dollars per person p…

Great community

The residents are really friendly and are so great about looking out for each other and being inclusive. The staff are very patient and easy going and always willing to help. Plenty of room in my Mom's one bedroom but not so much that it feels cavernous.

StoryPoint was a wonderful place for him to spend his last few months close to family. The staff was friendly and welcoming to my dad and communicated promptly with me when any issues came up with his care. I really appreciated their patience and warmth. The facility is lovely and has all the amenities we were looking for. The environment is peaceful and easy to navigate.
