Staff have been friendly and helpful, efforts are made to assign same staff to residents on a recurring basis, my Dad is in memory care there, he did not think he needed memory care (or any assistance really) and the layout and appearance do not feel like a locked space; the entire top floor is memory care and codes are entered on the elevator versus having to walk through double metal doors which most of the places I toured have and which would have been off-putting to him; the apartments look like apartments ver…

Sunrise Plano Review: My mother moved into Sunrise near the end of October 2025. Almost immediately she felt right at home and absolutely loves the facility, as well as everyone she has met. I realize that this type of transition doesn't always go this smoothly, but in her case we feel extremely blessed. She currently has a small group of women that she has dinner with every night.
