My mother in law really likes the staff and finds them kind and supportive. She's made new friends and has told me once she got settled the room is big enough. She appreciates they let her choose the her room so she has a nice view of the courtyard. She's enjoying the activities and she's more engaged and seems happier than she has in years.

PositiveMy hostess was wonderful. I felt unhurried as we talked during a delicious lunch. I think I asked the most important questions and thought the facility for the independent living section was beautiful, with many residents in the many public areas enjoying themselves. I was surprised that the residents who had any assistance, even at a low level, were in the same separate area with those who were having mental issues. It was very quiet with no one about. My experience with Stratford Court has been straight fives. Her room is always spotless. They do a good job on her laundry, and bringing it back on time. I actually know several of the girls that work there and they're excellent people. PositiveVery good experience. [name removed] presented the facility in a professional and complete manner. She spend time understanding our needs and wants before telling us what the facility has to offer. The facility is very clean with staff and residents that present a comfortable and friendly environment. Certainly remains on our short list as we tour additional facilities. The tour also helped us eliminate other considerations at this time.
