Sugarmill Manor is a really special place. It feels warm, personal, and like the staff actually care. The team is kind, patient, and attentive with the residents. They treat people with dignity and respect, and you can tell they take the time to get to know each person, not just their care needs, but their personality and routine too. I really liked sugar mill. Staff was great. Place was always clean...unfortunately they did have to evict my dad. He has gotten beyond their scope of care. Thy did recommend a new place that can handle him. And I'm happy with where he is at now.

Best Bang for your Buck

The care is good. It is really small and most of the residents there are not really outgoing mobility or active. My loved one is very social and that is one thing that is lacking the residents are not very social. This community is very reasonably priced and the staff are outgoing and helpful. They are also currently updating each room as they are able to, do not just drive by and look go in and check it out

Their administration is top notch!

We have not been able to eat a meal there ourselves yet but from what we have seen they look pretty good and have a nice variety. Due to the covid restrictions the activities are still pretty limited, but we do think the value for cost is very good. We definitely would recommend this community to others.

I have a friend whose mom is at this facility. I must say they are so friendly there. The residents seem very happy, and i really liked how the staff interacts with the residents. Very clean, and there isnt that aweful nursing home Smell. Its a fresh smell. I would recommend this place to anyone. Shame on that bad review that someone else put. You have no idea.. Must be a disgruntled ex employee..
